Mike has been trained extensively on all the Pilates Apparatus including the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair, as well as the entire Mat repertoire. Originally called ‘Controlology’ by Joseph Pilates, Pilates is a system of exercises that trains people to use their muscles in proper synergy. By focusing on the muscles of the trunk, stability and mobility of the joints can be cultivated throughout the whole body. Since every client has their own individual needs, Mike’s top priority is creating an individualized program just for you. Mike is dedicated to working closely with you towards your core-strengthening and body-lengthening goals.
