Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, increase athletic performance, or to simply increase the quality of your life, Mike will help you to achieve it.  A certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, he is dedicated to creating a program that meets your specific needs and desires.  Mike uses a functional approach to training utilizing free weights such as dumbbells and kettlebells to also using the TRX suspension trainer. Mike approaches fitness by focusing on training the body as a whole with a special emphasis on the muscles of the core.  Mike adds a balance and flexibility component to training to improve quatlity of life and aid in injury prevention.  Mike’s goal is to see that you accomplish yours!
